This course covers how to make an entrance, how to introduce yourself and others, how to properly shake hands with confidence, how to start a conversation and keep it going, how to graceful exit, acceptable and unacceptable conversation topics, how to project a positive image, how to make a good impression, how to protect your image, the protocol for exchanging business cards, how to dress appropriately for the occasion, and the importance of thank you notes and follow-ups.

Upon booking, please enter your email address. Each participant interested in booking this service will be sent a Client Needs-Assessment Questionnaire that must be completed within 72 hours. The Questionnaire also includes the date and time you interested in conducting your session, with at least three (3) days notice of interested dates. All out of the area clients are able to complete their seminar via phone, zoom, or Facetime.
