Exchange Policy

Didn’t love the item? Do not worry! Simply email us regarding the unwanted items within 14 days of the purchase date.

AT THIS TIME, WE ARE NOT DOING MONETARY REFUNDS. ONLY EXCHANGES FOR STORE CREDIT.

We must receive the item (if applicable) before the store credit is applied or sent.

- Prestige School of Protocol must receive the unwanted item(s) within 14 days of the order date to be eligible for exchange.
- Items MUST be undamaged, unworn, scent free, unwashed, and all tags attached (if applicable).
- Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
- Any attempted exchanges made after the 14 day period will be denied.
