Mother Daughter Coaching

Together, as a team, we go on a journey inwards, meeting you where you are on your journey of self awareness and bringing positive change to your relationship with yourself and one another. We provide tips for self improvement, healthy bonding, and strengthening your relationship. 

For mothers, we also cover tips on how to be strategic about your daughter's life so that she is on a journey towards success and making good decisions.

This course is offered virtually. 

Upon booking, please enter your email address. Each participant interested in booking this service will be sent a Client Needs-Assessment Questionnaire that must be completed within 72 hours. The Questionnaire also includes the date and time you interested in conducting your session, with at least three (3) days notice of interested dates. All out of the area clients are able to complete their seminar via phone, zoom, or Facetime.
