Stop measuring your days by degree of productivity and start measuring your days by degree of presence. You are delicate. Start treating yourselves like it. Do your self care. Take yourselves out on dates, spend time with yourselves, have picnics, visit wineries, take mini vacations, take luxury baths, and do whatever else that makes you happy. You deserve it 🤍
