Join us for an elegant and enchanting evening of charm bracelet making. Our gemologist and fine jeweler, Asia, who has studied guild gemology at Diamond Council of America and diamonds, colored stones, and pearls, AJP at GIA Education (Gemological Institute of America) will join us to provide instruction that teaches students how to demystify fine jewelry.

Asia is a fine jewelry expert and business entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in the jewelry industry. Her career began in fine jewelry sales and quickly advanced into leadership roles with renowned brands like Kay Jewelers and Fred Meyer Jewelers. Asia is recognized for her ability to guide clients in selecting timeless pieces, educate them on the value of diamonds and gemstones, and foster lifelong customer connections. In addition to her expertise in jewelry, Asia has worked with top-tier companies like Bank of America and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where she served as a trusted advisor and administrative assistant to the Vice President. She has successfully managed client portfolios, led teams, and implemented strategic solutions to drive business growth.

Asia also channels her creativity into her personal brand, iRock Gems Ltd., a multicultural jewelry blog celebrating award-winning gems from around the world. Through iRock Gems, she blends her love for jewelry, music, and culture, inspiring others to “Rock Your Style, Rock Your Culture, Rock Your Gems.” As a certified gemologist from the Diamond Council of America (DCA) and an Accredited Jewelry Professional (AJP) from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), Asia combines technical knowledge with hands-on experience. She also served as Chapter President of the Women’s Jewelry Association, empowering women in the jewelry and watch industries. Today, Asia shares her passion for jewelry and business expertise to inspire.

Students ages 8 to 13 will be provided with a comprehensive guide to carat, cut, color, and clarity. They will then make their own charm bracelets.
