Smoothie Bowl Saturday

Join our health experts for a workshop encouraging girls ages 7 to 15 to prioritize their health and wellness. Prestige School of Protocol will cover stress management, nutrition, the benefits of yoga and meditation featuring a yoga exercise, and education on what wellness means! 

Girls will then make their own smoothie bowls!

Please provide email at checkout to schedule mandatory parent screening and interview prior to the event (not applicable for parents of girls who have already attended our previous events). Your girl will not be permitted to attend without a parent screening first, which helps us communicate Prestige School of Protocol's rules, standards, and expectations of every parent and girl. We want to bring in the best and brightest girls!
